Sam was fantastic throughout, he was always available any time to answer our questions. Being first time buyers it was all new for us but Sam made it all simple to understand and had a lot of patience. Our overall process wasn’t straightforward having to change lenders on a couple of occasions but again, Sam made it much easier for us by outlining all of our options and providing us with the best advice possible.
