From start to finish they were absolutely amazing , we didn’t think it was possible for us to get a mortgage and he did his best to help us and made it happen.
Sam explained the whole process thoroughly, always on the ball with it and they really did take the stress out of it for us.

Sam was fantastic throughout, he was always available any time to answer our questions. Being first time buyers it was all new for us but Sam made it all simple to understand and had a lot of patience. Our overall process wasn’t straightforward having to change lenders on a couple of occasions but again, Sam made it much easier for us by outlining all of our options and providing us with the best advice possible. Despite an incredibly protracted moving period (approaching 2 years for varying reasons!) - Joe was an absolute rock, always there to provide advice & guidance - and with a level of patience that I don't think many would possess. He is a gem of an adviser, always happy to spend time to explain some of the more complicated details, even throughout what was a very stressful period over the last year or so in terms of interest rate hikes and the general economic climate.

When other brokers told us we couldn’t get the type of mortgage we wanted, we approached Mortgage HQ after seeing their posts on TikTok and Sam managed to do what the others said was impossible.
Sam has been brilliant the whole way through what some see as a stressful time. Him and Rachael kept us updated throughout the process and chased our solicitor when we hadn’t heard from them in a while.
